Your 1-Day Journey Towards Wholeness:

Join Dr. Mel Krug & Dr. Aryn Thomas for a full day of healing. They will be teaching you about the bodymind connection, how your nervous system plays a foundational role to your healing, and providing NetworkSpinal Sessions, followed by Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) / Somatic Breathwork so you can expand into the breakthroughs you’ve been waiting for!

This experience is for anyone who has been looking for ways to experience more wholeness in their being, rewrite the stories that have been holding them back and reach new levels of healing they didn’t know were possible all from an EMBODIED perspective.

Lunch will be provided and there will be plenty of time for community connections and opportunities to journal and integrate throughout the day.

Dr. Mel and Dr. Aryn are Network Spinal Practitioners and have years of experience leading 4-day long Immersion Experiences as well as serving 1000s of clients per year.
