They will be teaching you about the bodymind connection, how your nervous system plays a foundational role to your healing, and providing NetworkSpinal Sessions, followed by Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) / Somatic Breathwork so you can expand into the breakthroughs you’ve been waiting for!
