Join Dr. Aryn Thomas for a day of healing. She will be teaching you about the bodymind connection, how your nervous system plays a foundational role to your healing, and providing NetworkSpinal Sessions, followed by Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) / Somatic Breathwork so you can expand into the breakthroughs you’ve been waiting for!
This experience is for anyone who has been looking for ways to experience more wholeness in their being, rewrite the stories that have been holding them back and reach new levels of healing they didn’t know were possible all from an EMBODIED perspective.

Dr. Aryn is a NetworkSpinal Practitioner and has years of experience leading 4-day long Immersion Experiences, 1-day experiences, women circles, as well as serving 300+ clients per year. Along with being a NetworkSpinal Practitioner, Dr. Aryn is a Certified Rewire Facilitator™️, a process of neurologically rewiring root experiences.
